In temporarily occupied Crimea, the personnel crisis in education is rapidly deepening. This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (CCD), informs UNN.

It is noted that, in particular, in Sevastopol, there is a constant shortage of teachers: each school lacks at least several teachers, and the total shortage in the city reaches more than a hundred vacancies. The greatest shortage is in teachers of basic disciplines – mathematics, physics, primary grades, as well as labor teachers.
The occupation administration is forced to admit the problem: the average workload per teacher is about 1.6 rates with a meager salary. There were attempts to attract students to teaching, but they also failed
– indicated in the CCD.
They state that the situation indicates a systemic crisis of the entire educational sector in the temporarily occupied peninsula.
"Russia has focused on the war, and does not even try to ensure at least the basic functioning of the social sphere in the temporarily occupied territories. As a result, instead of the promised "prosperity", the Russian occupation brings people only decline and lack of prospects," the CCD summarizes.
