Starting April 18, major repairs will begin on Valeriy Lobanovskyi Avenue in Kyiv's Solomianskyi district. This was reported on Telegram by the First Deputy Head of the Patrol Police Department of Ukraine, Oleksiy Biloshytskyi, as conveyed by UNN.

The repairs will be carried out in stages. In the first stage, work will take place on the section from Maksym Kryvonos Street to Andriy Holovko Street (the even side of the avenue).

During the works, traffic will be organized as follows:
- one lane in the direction of Holosiivska Square;
- two lanes in the direction of Chokolivskyi Boulevard.
Drivers will be informed about temporary changes in traffic organization by appropriate road signs. Biloshytskyi urged drivers to consider this information when planning their routes.

Due to bridge repairs across the Tysa River, traffic restrictions through the "Solotvyno – Sighetu Marmatiei" checkpoint on the Ukrainian-Romanian border have been extended for another month – from April 15 to May 15.
