The National Agency for Identification, Tracing and Management of Assets (ARMA) has begun practical preparations for the sale of the Royal Romance yacht, linked to Viktor Medvedchuk. This was reported by ARMA, writes UNN.

According to the agency, the asset is under the jurisdiction of Croatia and was transferred to ARMA's management by a decision of the investigating judge. Preparations are currently underway for the asset's valuation, determination of the sales model, and organization of its realization through public procedures.

The agency clarified that the case entered its final phase after the completion of the pre-trial investigation – the indictment against Medvedchuk has already been sent to court by the Office of the Prosecutor General. Relevant materials have also been transferred to the Croatian side within the framework of international legal assistance.

ARMA notes that the realization of the asset is taking place amidst procedural opposition from the party associated with Medvedchuk. This involves attempts to delay procedures and block decisions through legal mechanisms.
In parallel, the agency is also working on other assets. In particular, the Amore Mio yacht, linked to Medvedchuk's entourage, was added to the Interpol Stolen Vessels international database after its concealment was established. This allows tracking the vessel's movements globally.
ARMA emphasizes that the key goal is to bring cases to a final result – the sale of assets and the inflow of funds into the budget of Ukraine.
